Pascal Borno is a seasoned entertainment executive with 30 years of experience in the areas of licensing, production and marketing of film and television properties worldwide. He has held senior management positions at several companies over the years including six years with legendary producer Dino De Laurentiis as well as The Kushner Locke Company, Independent Pictures, a company owned by New Line Cinema, President of Sales at Arclight Films and was President of Sales at Corsan where he released movies like 'Third Person' by Paul Haggis starring Liam Neeson and 'Killing Season' starring Robert De Niro and John Travolta.

As an expert in his field, Borno has a solid track record of identifying marketable properties all over the world. His diverse background has enabled him to structure creative financing deals for film production, which has included international co-productions as well as ‘soft money’ deals. In addition, Borno is recognized on several international banks’ lists of credit worthy executives. This background combined with his knowledge of bank financing and particularly off balance sheet finance, enables Borno and Angel Oak Films to assist in all aspects of production and distribution of independent features.

As an industry veteran Alain Gillissen has been involved in the development, production and sales of many commercial movies including ‘Cake’ starring Jennifer Aniston, ‘Third Person’ by Paul Haggis starring Liam Neeson, ‘Killing Season’ starring Robert De Niro and John Travolta’, ‘The Devils Double’ by Lee Tamahori starring Dominic Cooper and the documentary ‘Wonders of the Sea’ narrated by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

In 2018 he partnered up with Pascal Borno to start Angel Oak Films where as CEO he’s overlooking the development, production and sales of the Angel Oak Films productions and Third party movies.

Odette Tyler teamed up with Pascal Borno back in 1998 at Kushner-Locke, followed by the two of them joining Independent Pictures . She was Coordinator of International Sales at Regent Entertainment and at Initial Entertainment, with Graham King followed by a new challenge at Miracle Entertainment with British Oscar-winning producer John Daly. In 2009 Odette joined Pascal Borno's Conquistador Entertainment and Angel Oak Films.
